I'm looking at the 3 right now in a 42mm objective lens. I'm only "looking" online as I can only purchase online. I'm building a very classic rifle and want a good quality, superb glass, but not too large scope for it. I know the meta will be built the best, but I'm pretty gentle with rifles. Anyone with experience behind one, please talk to me about ease of being behind the eye box, image quality, and bulk. I believe all 3 are 30 mm tubes. I hate big turrets, this is set and forget stuff. Open to suggestions, 42-46 mm objectives, less than 13" long, anywhere from 6-14 high end magnification, will be hunted in low light.
Honestly, if I could find a really nice 6x42 fixed I would consider that. Schmidt and others discontinued them a long time ago. Appreciate any help, Thanks!

Have Diavari and Helia scopes but no experience with the Meta. Like the Helia scopes better than the Diavari. The 2.5-10x42/50/56 power range are fantastic Ias stated above). The Swarovski PH 6x42 is a good fixed you may want to look for. Have two of those and they are well built. PM if you have any questions.

The zeiss is reaching a little past my price range, and is used. I checked out a v6 2-12x50. It's in the running, but probably the bulkiest of the bunch. Also now considering a z5+ 2-10x42. Still hoping someone chimes in with experience behind a Schmidt meta.

I was eyeing up a polar 2.5-10x50, but I believe it would be too bulky for my liking on the rig I'm shopping for.
