Lightweight ruger american stock upgrade

I constantly look for someone offering a carbon stock for this gun but haven't been able to find one yet. One of us needs to send some emails out to the stock manufacturers to see if they can make an inlet for a Ruger American. I'd buy one in a heart beat.
Same. Vertical grip, inlet for Arca or Pic rail, QD flush cups, the usual upgrades. Come on Stocky's - take our money!

Makes me wonder how much weight I'd be adding to stiffen the existing stock vs going up 1 pound for the KRG option? I like having some M-Lok slots as well.
Choices... Choices...

I have a few of these and would love to upgrade the stocks. My 300bo would be real fun….

Alright since we already have the other Ruger in the works. Which gen for the American and which magazines?
Gen2 makes the most sense.
It is newer, and in my reading, a gen2 stock is backwards compatible with gen1 actions, but not vise-versa (because of the updated, larger footprint trigger safety)

For magazine, short action AICS would be most popular for sure. In my ideal world the stock would accept the factory bottom plastic.
Then the short action could be STANAG as well with just the $30 plastic from Ruger
