If you aren’t planning to run anything over class II, the caribou would be a great option. Alpacka’s late rise bow design is insanely good, and provides great stability for heavy loads up front. Full disclosure - I’ve only ever been in Alpackas, but I have a lot of miles on a classic, Forager, and Mule. I think Randy10 still works for 10% off with them

Ok, the more and more info I get I’m leaning towards the caribou. I’ll be crossing rivers more than anything in spots where it calms down. Reliability is what will win it for me. Taking a spill in November would ruin a hunt real quick.
