Lightweight muzzle brake

T1
T2
T3 below for weights

The t1 would nearly match a tikka contour but with a 1/2 thread
T2 would be a little over.

wouldnt match the price, but wait till you shoot it. www.bertrambrass.com

I ordered a self timer from Mesa Precision Arms, titanium, weighs just over 2 oz. Going on my xbolt 28 Nosler. Hard to find info or reviews on it, taking a stab in the dark on this one.

Maybe I missed it on their website, but what thread pitch do the MPA titanium brakes come with?

I made a mini brake out of titanium. Weighs 1.5 oz

Yeah he doesn't list it for some reason. I emailed him and got a quick reply back, they are all 5/8-24.

How is it?
Looks awesome, super light. Haven't had a chance to shoot anything at all this year, been building our new house. But, that's all done as of this weekend. Should have time to get out and shoot in August. I'll report back.

Necroing this thread as I'm on the hunt for a lightweight brake. How's the Mesa treating you?

I ended up with a 5 port beast in Ti from Nathan at MBM. Light and very effective. He's making 3 and 4 ports in ti now I think. Never weighed it tho. Works well and excellent machine work.

Very well! Big upgrade over the factory brake, can easily spots my own hits (and misses lol) out at distance. Quite a bit louder than factory, but this gun was always a ear pro required rifle, so no big deal.
