I was just messing around, it is wild to think what the desire to compete can do to my willingness to throw around money I don’t have.

Happy with the tall tricer so far after pinning the pan feature out.

Under a pound and sitting height+prone is pretty stellar

For those who care I ended up ordering the mdt backcountry tripod. I’m not sure I’ll like the panning but I couldn’t bring myself to spend the extra on the mountain version. Now I’ll hurry and wait…. I ordered from optics planet because they said they had them in stock (I knew better) and it says it won’t ship until 8/22
