You did not find it because "Lightning Steel" was data produced by Tom Roster and sold by Precision Reloading. Ballistic Products never carried it. You can find Precision Reloading's steel data online for free here although I can't guarantee it has all the Lightning Steel loads.

If you want a better manual and better wads, buy the steel handbook from RSI at Bucks Run Sports, as well as their Sam1 wads. Call only, their website is worthless. Good company.
I guess that depends on what you mean by overbore. I'm going to assume you are talking one of the 12 gauges with a 10 gauge bore diameter such as a Mossberg 835. I don't think I've ever tried such an extreme example like that. I would expect a Sam 1 to seal pretty well, but one of the features if you will of their gas seal design is they start to blow out in that 13,000-14,000 psi range in standard shotguns. Maybe that becomes more of an issue with overbore barrels, I do not know. I would still try the Sam 1, but I'm not sure how they would perform with hot 3 1/2" steel loads. I would expect they would still perform really well with 2 3/4" and normal 3" loads. (RSI did publish some hot 3" loads to 3 1/2" pressure levels).
I would expect the Sam 1 to work great on most any other shotgun, such as the Brownings that are only a little large at a listed .742" bore.
I have not used Sam 1 wads in my 835. I just read it.
got all my stuff from ballistic products late 90’s cuz they’re relatively close.
friends would stop by their store and bring my order up north for me.
I will look into the RSI manual, thanks! I have a decent 1oz load but wanted to see other options since I have multiple powders, wads, hulls, and primers.
The RSI manual is definitely the best one for multiple powders. Most everything else really only uses Alliant Steel, except for the target loads. RSI has some boomers with 800x and Bluedot. SR4756 too if you have that.
