Leupold warranty issues

Anyone had issues with Leupold warranty lately? I sent a scope back that had one of the turrets fall off a month ago and they have yet to even confirm they’ve received it. I’ve reached out twice already without any useful response (other than it takes them 8 business days to sort mail).
 
Yep, it’s a few year old VX3 3.5-10 I had on a secondary deer rifle and the elevation turret came off. This one barely sees any use, so not sure how anything happened to it in the first place.
 
Never had any issues with Leupold!! Just recently reached out to Leupold with bino straps issued….they replaced it with no question ask.
 
It’s been a couple years since I had to send a scope in to leupold but I don't believe they ever notified me that theyd recieved a scope back. If I recall correctly I had to make an online account and enter the return info there and print off a form to ship with the scope—I got an auto-generated email when I filed the return thru their portal. Then I recieved a return-shipping notification from UPS via email after they sent it back, and I just received a new or repaired scope back that included a printoff of what they did. But no actual contact from leupold.
 
I've just sent in a Redfield Revenge a few weeks ago. I mailed it on 1/29, it got there on 2/6. They emailed me on 2/11 saying it was received and warranty service is expected to be completed in approximately 8 weeks.

Did you send it in without an RMA?
 
I followed their RMA process (it went out Jan 26th) and reached out to their customer service, but it’s been long enough that I was wondering how long it normally takes or if they are backed up currently. Figured I’d check if anyone else is in the same boat.
 
Sent in a Gold ring 12-40 spotter a couple years ago. They replaced the whole focus end of the scope and I got it back about 1.5 months after sending it in. They sent me one Emaial because I live in Alberta and sent it to the Canadian repair center. They shipped it to Oregon as they only repair the Gold Ring spotters there.
 
For anyone who's intersted, I ended up getting a response from Leupold's customer service today (maybe they have a bot crawling rokslide). When I created the RMA, looks like it filled autopopulated my work email instead of my personal, so the automated notification for it being received ended up in spam.

I sent it out Jan 26th and he said it moved to "Service Initiated" on Feb 5th. I'll try to remember to come back and update this when I receive it back for anyone wants to know actual timing on turn around.
