Leupold Vx5 3-15 x44 VS 4-16 x 50 Trijicon credo

From their track records I would go with the trijicon. Have you read the scope drop test? I have a vx6hd that has been great for years. Now it hasn't been used hard but riding on an atv in a kolplin gun boot hasn't knocked it off zero. I'm whitetail hunting in the southeast so it's been pretty much babied. Last year I replaced it with a nightforce atacr 4-16x42. Wanted to go ffp. But buying new I'm not going with leupold and taking the chance.

I have a vx5hd 3-15x44 and love it, totally crisp, have dropped it or fell multiple times, has rough rides on the way up into the cascade range, never failed me.

I recently purchased the 4-16 credo due to the good reviews and scope evaluation performance. The vx5 is on my rifle now and haven’t had problems yet. Seems like with vx5 you either get a great one or a lemon.
