Leupold SX-4 15-45x65mm vs Vortex Razor HD 22-48x65 Spotting Scope

What spotting scope does everyone recommend between the Leupold SX-4 15-45x65mm vs Vortex Razor HD 22-48x65 Spotting Scope? This will mostly be used at the range out to 300 yards and for some glassing while hunting. Thanks.

I think Razor HD over SCX-4, I view them as different classes of glass quality.

But, at 300 at the range, either will work. In the field, the lower quality stuff suffer at longer ranges. At that point good 15x binos are better to me.
