The best rifle sling

Hi, I'm carrying a heavy barrel bolt rifle with a bipod on my back. What's the best sling for it not always wanting to slide and have the butt pad always sliding ahead of me when moving around. I want it to stay on my back when moving. Not wearing a chest rig to clip to, just a sling needed...

I like the quake claw slings, They’re comfortable and don’t slide around

+1 for the claw slings. Used these for the past 5-6 years on my main 3 hunting rifles. Nothing fancy but they plain work and slip less than other slings I’ve tried.

Slogan, I've used many different brands, and found these carry awesome. I like it much better than the claw, which I definitely put in 2nd place.

I use what are called 'Wyoming split slings'. Don't think they're in production any longer though. The center is split into 2 strips. You can use it like a conventional shoulder sling, or put your arms through the 'split' and wear it like a backpack. Very handy when climbing or carrying something. Don't have to worry about the sling slipping off the shoulder.
