I take it you found those hats work?!?

I've been looking at them for months wondering...could they really help me get close enough to let an arrow fly?

I found that if you walk right at them with the hat on they will bail. The hat didn’t help me stalk up to goats. What the hat let me do is set up somewhere where the goats could see me and I just sat there. They are so curious that every time I did this they would close the distance and circle me. They didn’t get in range every time, but they closed the distance every time

First antelope, out in Montana. Actually my first big game since moving West, followed by a muley a month later.

I'm definitely getting more tags next year- hunting these things is a blast.

My wife and step-dad drew tags. This was the first time any of us had hunted pronghorn and I had a blast. I forgot my phone for my wife's stalk, her first hunt too, but she was able to head out with my step-dad while I hung back and caught it on video.

Took my daughter along...she is 8 and has been out for deer, antelope, bear, lions, moose, birds, etc. Little trooper. She can kill a lion in Idaho in 1 year and 9 days...pretty excited.

There’s not much more fun than hunting antelope. It’s also one of, if not my favorite, wild game. I didn’t draw in WY this year, but my wife’s uncle who owns the property I hunt killed a couple while we were there for Thanksgiving. Always an awesome time.
