Let's see them hidden! Tines in the brush and the like

I watched a smaller buck for 30 minutes feeding in the brush and luckily just saw a flick of an ear at one point of a wide bedded buck. I sat on him for over an hour before he stood up. Sent a .54 cal round ball through his shoulder and back down he went. All I could tell while he was in the brush was how wide he was as most the time I could only see the ends of both main beams.

Now THIS is the kind of story I love to hear. Your patience paid off in a big way! Congratulations on that really respectable buck. And, the manner in which you killed him is outstanding.
