Looks delicious! What did the pig weigh? Were puttin one on the rotisserie in a couple weeks for our annual july birthday bash. Me my father a few buddies and cousins all have july birthdays. So we just throw one big party. A pig is alot more convenient than any other dish. Keep us updated on progress!

His live weight was about 215. Not sure dressed weight. I love pigs cooked on hardwood an charcoal!
