Left hand backcountry rifle?

Good morning fellow lefties...we all know the frustration of walking into a gun store with rack after rack of rifles, only to find that there are no or perhaps maybe only a couple of left-handed rifles...usually not what we would want to buy or maybe what we could talk ourselves into buying if it was chambered in a different cartridge.

I've gone the customizing route for years, using an action by Tikka (595), a Remington (700), and several Brownings (A-bolt & A-bolt II's). My gunsmith sure likes me, as does Dan Lilja, and McMillan, and I have some great shooting rifles.

That said, my daughter is also a leftie. Last year I got her a Tikka T-3 lite, and it is a good shooting rifle. I was willing to customize one for her, but right out of the box this one was perfect (other than shortening the length of pull), and in a great chambering...the tried and true 30-06. She took her first ram with it last fall.
