Has any company figured it out yet? Looking to
Utilize my existing slim case and magnet plate (which is used in my car) for my iPhone.

I use the Epoch Outdoors Mountain Mag. I’m not sure what you mean by a magnet plate, but the Epoch uses MagSafe, so as long as your phone or case has that, nothing else needs to be added to your case or replace your case.

It was exactly what I was looking for.

Dido on the epoch outdoors. I love mine. Never have to change phone cases. Adapter lives on my spotter. The phone adapter lives in my bino harness.
