I really enjoy these threads, congrats on a fine buck!

As Robby was killing a buck I hiked into an area with a high burn. For the small amount of country (relative to what we covered this morning) I could glass in about an hour I saw 18 deer. Five of those were small bucks but nothing even close to a shooter. A couple of the deer were over 8,700 ft in elevation!
