I'm 61, I don't think I've read 3 books since high school, so I'll disqualify myself. I'm just not a reader. I have been reading one of Aaron Franklins books, mostly on airplanes but I'm a third of the way through it in 3 years or so.

Work has been really slow, so after I catch up on weekly podcasts I'm finishing a book every day or two depending on how good they are.

I generally read real light/fluffy beach read type books, and not really many serious books. I read to turn my brain off most of the time.

So with that in mind here is my last 3.

• The Final Hunt - Audrey J Cole (going to listen to book 2 in this series shortly)
• The five star weekend - Elin Hildebrand (real cheesy beach book but so good)
• Desperation - Steven King

I enjoyed all of them but I totally realize 5 star weekend is not up the alley of many people on this forum

I like to read A Christmas Carol around Christmas as well and need to get to that this year. Another one to check out is The Christmas Box. I just read that one again, it's a good reminder of what's important as a parent.

Undaunted courage I listened to on E book recently, it was quite interesting for a guy who doesn’t know anything about that time. I think I’d give it a re listen even.

A book book I just finished is this one. A buddy wrote it, his trips from BC. A true family man with a passion for adventure. I highly recommend it if you like multiple short stories with photos. Very well written and exciting.
