Hey gals! I'm currently searching for a new pair of boots.
I really loved my Crispi Wyomings that I had many moons ago and I'm looking for something similar. I want a roomy toe box and medium stiffness (3/5 on the stiffness scale). I used to love my scarpas but I need a less stiff boot and more toe room since my feet changed after pregnancy.
Been eyeballing the Crispi Summit II GTXs, has anyone ran these before?
I want quality and s long living boot that can survive a beating for a long time....

I have a pair of Crispi Summit II GTX's on right now.
I like them for around the yard and lite hiking.
They won't hold up to heavy loads and the tops aren't tall enough for bad ankles.
Other wise they should do for what you are looking for.
They would work for early fall hunting and bird hunting.

My daughter (20) is 5'4" and roughly 150-160 pounds. She's been wearing the Summit II GTX for 3 seasons and they've been terriffic. We've done two elk hunts, including a brutal 10 day hunt in the Big Horns. We put in 12 miles and thousands of feet of gain in one day on that hunt, and her feet were comfortable throughout that day and the trip. The boots have worn like iron.

She has average to shorter toes with a wider (not technically a wide) foot. I also wear Crispis and we have the almost the exact same foot geometry although my feet are longer obviously. The toe box is superior to other boots I've tried, and provides sufficient room for full cushion socks.

My wife borrows these boots during the winter months when my daughter is at college, and other than being stiffer than she'd like for trail walking, she really likes them.

Good luck!
