La Sportiva Aequilibrium LT vs ST - anyone have pros/cons

So I just tried on the LTs at REI to get sizing down- loved the feel/fit- but I am torn on whether to go LT or ST version. CO elk and deer. Been running Schnees Timberlines and love leather- but wanting to try something new and a bit stiffer. Still will likely get the Beartooths at some point by Schnees but thinking about trying these as well. Really wondering if anyone has suggestions/experience running either and if they had to choose would they go LT or ST if they purchased again.

How is the fit/last compared to the Timberline?

Definitely a bit narrower than the Timberlines - but I have pretty narrow feet so not a dealbreaker for me by any means. My timberlines are a few years old and showing pretty good wear and losing tread so looking to upgrade this year and use the timberlines for back-up

do you use the LT's as a kind of 'do all' boot? Early archery elk in the mountains?

Used a lot of syn LS boots - would recommend the leather. No matter how "tough" the synthetic it typically does not compare to leather.
