Kuiu venture style buckles?

Does anybody know what this style buckle is called or where to get it circled in red? I’ve had a couple venture packs but recently got a different brand that has a similar ladder system but the buckles don’t seem near the quality of kuiu. Would love to find the whole compression strap, but any leads would be greatly appreciated
