Fittin to be putting in a substantial order and want to make sure I understand their process.

1. There are no options to physically try on their products without driving to their home base location?

2. Put in the order and whatever doesn't fit properly have sent back/returned, swapped out?

Hopefully it goes smooth but sure wish I could try stuff on before purchasing but gonna give it a go with figures crossed.

1. No.

2. Yes. And you have to pay shipping to get it back to them. And if you want it faster, you have to buy it again in the new size while you wait for them to refund the first purchase.

I'd recommend buying a mid layer to check sizing. If it fits, then get all your other layers in the same size as they're designed to fit together.

If you can tie the money up, order everything you want in two sizes. Then return everything that doesn’t fit at once, you’ll only get hit with one $7.95 return shipping fee.

Appreciate the replies. Really hoping the stuffs fits as good as others have said but being a bigger guy at 6'3 230 I have my doubts. Gonna give it a go and find out.

Exactly! I do it on nearly ever order unless I’m just buying a different color of something I already own!

At your size you probably need some of the biggest stuff they make! I am 6' 250 and wear 3xl in all there tops and 38-40 in the 4 different pants I own.

...bigger guy at 6'3 230...
I'm 6' 1" 250 (well, 250 when I bought, now 230) and in January bought:

* Guide DCS jacket - 3X
* Guide pant - 40
* Ultra Merino 145 Zip-t - 2X

Pants were slightly large (with no layer underneath). Jacket was slightly small in the chest and shoulders. Shirt works acceptably though I might like a 3X. Also bought Guide glove and Ultra Merino 210 liner glove. Bought those separate and can't find paperwork for them and don't have them handy - don't remember the size.

I must be shaped weird. I’m 6’2 230 and I wear XXL in tops and 38 in their pants

Read the reviews carefully on each set of clothes and do the measurements.

I’m 6’1” about 220lbs, shorter torso and longer legs. I have an XL Peloton 118 shirt, XL Ultra Merino 125 SS shirt, XL Peloton 240 hopeless jacket (with a hood I would go XXL) and a XXL Peloton 97 hoody all the sizing is perfect in my opinion.

Merino fits larger than the synthetic stuff.

Also be sure to get a discount code to help or call them to run through everything and they might give you some sort of discount for such a big purchase.

Bit the bullet and placed the order. Took the advice and ordered both sizes in both pants, zip offs and jackets. XL & 2X....hoping my bases are covered.

In regards to fit, kuiu stuff fits like a store that only sells skinny jeans . Size up a lot of you are layering . A LOT

6' 235ish. 40 in pants (38 fit but not enough wiggle room and I dont want to look like a hipster), 3X in tops (again, I like them loose), but oddly enough a 2X in super down vest?

As previously stated, you can return anything for "free", they just knock like $8 off your refund. They will exchange it immediately but you have to pay for the new item then wait 7+ days for your original $ to be refunded. Kind of a pain, but its really nice gear once you get the right sizes......

I'm 6'3/ 232(trying to drop to 225), grabbed 40 & 42's in attack, axis, talus.
Went 2X in peloton shirts and xl in merino shirts.
Zip offs I think I went 2X.
Vest, 2 jackets I went 2X
Figures crossed but something is gonna fit...

Folks, received my Kuiu shipment yesterday. Was like a kid in a candy store. As was suggested prior, I did order 2 sizes to each item.
What I thought was going to be too small was actually just perfect, even with layering.
Keeping the 40" pants, 2X jackets &vests and shirts. Sending back the 42" pants and 3x items as they are unusably large.

Again, thanks for the input from the beginning.
