The clicking the compatibility mode icon in the address bar fixed stuff most of the time when I had issues with Internet explorer 10. I went back to 9 and most sites I had problems with worked fine. Could be a browser issue - especially if you recently got upgraded automatically by windows to Internet Explorer 11.

No complaints except had a pair of brown attack pants in the cart first, spent probably another hour deciding exactly What I wanted , well when all was said and done the major brown pants and a branded shirt I added were gone. So they were taken out of my cart. I understand pulling things out of peoples carts but there should be some prolonged time period where it is safe in your cart. Just me.

In regards to the website, they should have waited till Monday to change the site. This sale brought a TON of eyes to Kuiu and it sounds like a lot of people got turned off because of the feeling of loosing out on a pretty good sale include that with all the talk of the problems with stock and a lot of people's perceptions were confirmed.

In all honesty I really really like Kuiu gear but the only thing keeping then in business is the quality of the gear. People will wait and spend money on stuff they really want.

Having low inventory levels is a good way of selling a lot of gear at full price, especially with x-mas around the corner. I guarantee they had a ton of pre-orders from this sale where guys said screw it, I'll pay full price so I don't miss out again.

I always just call. I have not been happy with their supply chain. I called a couple of months before hunting season started because the web site said they were out of everything I wanted. Turns out they had it. Was sent out the following week. It's hard to beat the attack pant. Do not order gators. Im on my second pair.

I have had problems with using my password there too. I called yesterday as the customer service was open for the sale event and actually had them reset it while I was on the phone. It all worked fine afterwards. Now I have to stay off of there for a while. It just cost me too much! But I am set up pretty nice for all weather now. Bob.

I love the kuiu gear but my friend and I were talking the other day about this stuff. Its absolutely ridiculous how bad their supply chain and inventory management is. Its true what was said earlier about the quality is the only thing keeping them in business. Maybe if they got the gear in over the summer, they wouldnt have to have fire sales before ad valerom taxes at the end of the year. Or maybe if they got shipments more than every 6-9 months.

Trust me that sales volume matters more than discounts vs full price. They are losing out on a lot of sales and opening doors for competition. I will keep buying what I need if its in stock but I know they have lost a lot of business from my friend and I because of their issues. And it only seems to be getting worse not better.

I have a buddy who has been waiting weeks for his bino harness and gaiters, believe it or not, hunting gear is a "last minute" purchase for A LOT of guys, Kuiu seems like great stuff, but it's only great if guys can get their hands on it and use it!

I agree that it is a pain to have to wait for gear, but with that being said, I feel that Kuiu gear is worth wait as is any good gear. When you buy a Kifaru pack it comes with a couple week lead time, but you don't hear many complaints about that.

A few weeks is a world apart from 6-9 months from Kuiu. Spend a few minutes on the Kuiu forum and it won't take you long to find guys who have been waiting over a year for stuff on pre-order. There is also a huge difference between a semi-custom made pack and a pair of pants. No?

I think Kuiu makes some great gear, and I have bought my fair share from them, but I think this business plan of theirs is going to wear thin as Firstlite, Kryptek, and others are gaining ground with quality gear.

To each their own. If the website is too complicated or wait times are too long then don't use them, simple enough. I have spent loads of time on the forum and also own about every product Kuiu offers and the only product I have ever waited for was my day pack that was preordered prior to production and the wait time was made well known to me at the time of order.

Not to each their own. one the website was not to complicated there was an issue with internet compatability.... and wait times are fine, multiple month weight times are not. ive been waiting for a bino harness a LONG time. at this point I might use the harness for less time then it takes me to actually get one. heaven for bid I have an issue with something and need to return or exchange something.

The solution is simple, don't buy Kuiu if you are unhappy with them. All of my experiences with them have been positive, if yours have not then spend your money elsewhere.

Bit difficult though when a bloke gets bombarded with emails from them spruking up their sales, then the website doesn't even perform and they have stuff all in stoick. Perhaps they need the capitol to bring more stock in.

Man, I've had no problems other than having to register a second time when they "upgraded" their site.

I've bought the Chugach jacket and pants, the bino harness, ICON 7200 and some pack accesories alll in the last two weeks with no problems and no delays. All in weird (very large) sizes.

Maybe I've just been lucky.

I ordered a super down hoodie in June and got in November. I ordered a Tiburon top last Sunday and have absolutely have no idea when it will ship. They took the money immediately though. At least Kifaru told me my pack was eight weeks out and then hit their deadline. I was told my hoodie would be ready in July, then August, then October, and I finally got it in November. Had I never called in July, August, or September, I would have never been told anything. I had to initiate it every time after the expected ship dates came & went. I gave up contacting them after September.

Good products, terrible inventory.

I have never been billed for any item that was preordered or back ordered until that item shipped. I must just be lucky because all of my itmes that were preordrred I received in no more than 2 weeks with the exception of my daypack and I was given the ship date on that when I placed the order.

That's weird. They had everything you wanted and it wasn't listed on the site? Seems weird. I don't pre order myself but when stuff comes in I pull the trigger.
