KUIU site??????????????????????

Is anyone having issues with ordering through the KUIU site?

There is only 3/4's of a page there, not allowing you too put colour and size in.

I think First Lite and Sitka maybe a lot easier to deal with, this is ridiculous, email after email from Kuiu sprouting a big sale, and you cannot even order through their site, bloody joke.

I just made my order an hour ago.... no problems at all. I shopped yesterday and made a wish list, waited for the sale and purchased the stuff. Not sure whats up...

Was forced to reset my password/email settings in order to get logged in. For some reason it wouldn't recognize me even though I just got bombarded with emails from them and have been logged in recently. Very glitchy and took some doing to get in. Finally got in to see the "sale" and was a little disappointed. Some decent buys but nothing that sceamed don't pass this up. Maybe I just don't need anything bad enough right now.

No problems. I did notice that the new password was sent to SPAM in my email. You might check the SPAM folder. All other emails from them never go to SPAM.

I just ordered a guide jacket in brown and a beanie hat. I had a little problem with checkout, it wouldn't just accept me checking the box for shipping to use my billing address. I had to uncheck that and type my address over again.

Jager, try refreshing your browser by deleting old cookies and then re-logging onto the site. Might be the problem.

I called Kuiu, and they told me if the site won't let you select color and size, it means that item is sold out. Too bad, I really wanted a couple of those new hoodies, but they are all sold out.

Everything I click and have tried to click all morning has not let me choose sizing or colour. I have spent probably close to 2 hours trying to spend money. I give up. I have called 3 times and keep getting there answering machine(which I have left a message). I have never been so frustrated in my life.

I had the same 3/4 page view problem when I accessed the site on my iPad. Problem disappeared when I used my laptop. I think it's an incompatibility with iOS, at least that's all I could come up with at the time. Ordered this morning from my PC with no problem.

I think both First Lite and Sitka have stuff in stock on a daily basis too

I give up, the site is a complete joke.

No credit card details from me that's for sure.

I'm done with Kuiu.

They upgraded their site and it requires you to reset your password. Or, you can call them and place your order. Took me two minutes this morning.

I up graded my account, reset my password, and I have called 3 times and only got the answering machine! lol

TO me that is about all I can do, before i choose to spend ,my money else where.

Just reset my password and had zero problems with the site.
