This is my favorite 2p tent, selling only bc I have 2 and I use my other one (the older model) most as I prefer the way it sets up so this one just sits. The floor of the tent has been repaired/sealed in 3 areas from wear spots left by a cot. It doesn’t impact function at all and I’ll gladly discuss and FaceTime to show this. I do not have the footprint or gear loft for the tent. Will come with 10 brand new msr mini groundhog stakes
