1 Vane.

Maybe with the spin rate they are but I don't think so? I hate fletching arrows!

Interesting idea. On another forum the founder said they weigh 20-23 grains. Pretty on par with 3 vanes. I have to imagine these are flexible or brittle. Someone pointed out these are likely a no-go for whisker biscuit shooters. Website will officially launch later this week.

I won’t be the guinea pig but this has potential.

Blazers are 6.1 by their website so this is 3-4 grains higher if they aren't stupid expensive I'd get some to try out just to see.

Reminds me of FOBs from a few years back. I shot those and they worked well. They were designed to detach at pass thru. Made finding pass thru arrows about impossible.

I did not watch the video, my prediction; it’s just more ridiculousness looking for clicks on the Internet

What sense does it make to have the back of your arrow unbalanced and wobbling in flight? If there was any advantage, pros or top shooters would be using it.

Show me something similar.

Different material, different profile, different way to attach to arrows.

I’ve tried many of the vane alternatives and they all shot really well and grouped with vanes, they just had some aspects I didn’t like and these might address those issues!

And I don’t have “fletch” arrows!

I don’t think I’ve seen them claiming it is more advantageous than normal fletchings, nor do I know why anyone would think it is. But if it’s close enough, it’s worth way less hassle of having to fletch traditional vanes. Obviously if it makes your arrow wobble they will immediately go out of business. The idea is all about convenience

Look, I don't want to be a dick here but think about it. Have you seen an airplane with a wing only on one side? A missile with one fin?
Have you ever seen any projectile that is unbalanced? Seems pretty obvious but there is good reason for that.

2,3,4 fletch are all balanced. It's not only equal weight around the circumference, it's also Equal pressure during rotation in flight.

We know that any projectile benefits from rotating on its axis during flight. Arrows, bullets etc. Even if the dude straight fletches an arrow with one fletching, it's going to be less accurate by design.

Maybe you should watch the video. It's probably not what you're picturing.
It appears to be basically a 3 vane, done as one piece.
