I know everyone has talked at length about Kuiu faults here and there, but I just had a really positive experience I felt should be shared as its not always the negatives to highlight (I've highlighted some negatives and positives on here). I ordered a significant amount of Kuiu a couple weeks ago without knowing they were having a sale this week. When I saw the sale going on, I was upset because my discount would have been hundreds of dollars and free shipping for simply waiting a week or so. I emailed Kuiu to see if there was anything they could do (totally expecting a "no" answer and me returning the gear and reordering if I could get the items I wanted). Kuiu called me today and said they would honor the discount along with the free shipping, and will be crediting my card accordingly. I have to say I was shocked and very much appreciated that service.
