I bought their Base Camp Insulated snap shirt last year. I used it once on a camping trip and really liked it. I got it in XL but it's a bit fitted to layer so I went to look at getting an XXL. I haven't worn it since that trip maybe 8mos ago. Went to try it on and saw a snap base had pulled out from one of the snaps. I figured let me try the warranty process to get it fixed. I submitted the form along with the required photos. 2 business days later I got an email stating I received store credit for the full purchase price! I got it on sale for $110 but that's a nice credit to use towards an XXL one or something else if they have a Presidents Day sale. The no hassle warranty claim gives me the warm fuzzies about getting more stuff from them. Thought this would be a good place to share my positive experience with Kuiu.

I agree exceptional customer service!
I was looking to buy an additional compression strap, for a pack I have.
I told them about my search, and that I didn’t see any available on their website.
They took my name and address and sent me two at no cost.

Kuiu's customer service has been great! I placed a large order...needed some different colors and sizes, e-mailed customer service. They quickly set up a new order and sent an email with a link. Very convenient.

Ten + years ago I got one of their backpack systems. A few years later noticed they changed the design...I was looking at a larger pack to go with my frame....e-mailed customer service with a few questions. They offered to send me a conversion kit free of charge if I got a new pack so it would fit my existing frame.

I just tried to warranty a 6 month old pack that ripped at one of the seams, and they denied it because the pack was on sale and purchased from the "Outlet" section of their website. Nowhere on the website does it state the warranty does not apply to sale/outlet items. Pretty crappy of them in my opinion.
