I know there are folks saying the website is fine, but there are a great deal of us that the site does not display correctly since you made the change. Just giving you a data point. It appears as though only 3/4 of the page displays and the selection menus do not work right. This just occurred after your update. I emailed you an order as I can't spend the time on the phone at work

hfier, I have the same issues as you on my home laptop computer....I tried my kids Ipad and it was fine.....also my work laptop works fine.....not sure what the difference is.....both laptops running Windows 7 and latest IE.

Patrick, I and having trouble checking out.....it will not accept any address I put in it.....get the following error.

Please fill in the Shipping Address field First Name.
Please fill in the Shipping Address field Last Name.
Please fill in the Shipping Address field Address.
Please fill in the Shipping Address field City.
Please fill in the Shipping Address field State / Province.
Please fill in the Shipping Address field Zip / Postal Code.
Please fill in the Shipping Address field Phone Number.
Please choose a valid Shipping "State / Province" for the country you selected of "United States" from the list below.

I have send an e-mail to the contact address and left a phone message for when they get in the office.

Has anyone else been able to get through and check out on-line? If so, was there a trick to it?
 
Try logging in and go to the PERSONAL info page and try to enter your address and billing info there and check the block and see if that will propagate the info on the order page.

The website just worked perfectly for me a few minutes ago. I erased and re-entered all personal info in my account last night.

Thanks for the tip Steve, I tried 3 differrent ways with the same error message.
1. Used the existing saved address in my profile
2. Manually typed in the address
3. Went into my profile and setup another address and tried to send it to that address.

Also I never did receive an e-mail from KUIU on the sale.....was on the previous e-mail list and bought from them recently. I'll wait for a call back from them at this point.

I just deleted everything in....

Change my e-mail preferences Manage your shipping addresses

added all new info and tried checking out again.......same error.

I had to "uncheck" the box that said my billing & shipping address were the same. Then it worked.
 
I can't place orders or select any gear. The site seems misaligned. I have tried several browsers, no luck.
 
talked with customer service, can't use discount on items not in stock, can't backorder. FL and Kryptek my only hopes now.
 
I ordered a few items this morning (8am PST) with no real problem. Web site and store worked fine for me using Chrome as the browser. Out of curiosity I check the Kuiu store out using IE and FireFox. Again with no problem. That being said, not the best organized for sure. I like everyone else had to redo all my account info yesterday, In order for me to purchase today with no hassle. One would think Kuiu would have done their site update a week or so prior to a big sale in effort to work all the bugs out. Sadly, Me thinks that there may be a lot of frustrated purchasers out there who may just say F'it. This ain't worth the headache.
 
Nothing like getting an extra 25% off already marke down prices! Still managed to drop $270! Lol
