I am really liking the Inferno camo for deer/elk season here is Washington. I have the Sherpa in inferno and would really like a light weight jacket in the inferno camo (dalibor), but it looks like this is not going to happen according to Kryptek.

My question is, how is the Aegis jacket for use in fall season and high mountain hunts (walking in for miles). Last year the coldest temps were 36-40 degrees. I most likely would be removing the jacket when hiking and using the Sherpa as a light layer. Would the Aegis be overkill for most of the time? The vest in inferno looks nice, but I would like to avoid using a vest.

That is what I thought, I ended up getting the inferno vest. In my situations, I'll most likely be walking around in the inferno sherpa anyways til elk season here in Washington.
