Been eyeing this piece for a bit now, and with the sale going it seems like a good time to pick one up. Anyone who has been runnin one, what do you think about it. Also I have an FL puffy what's the warmth comparison between the two? I would imagine the aquillo is warmer but don't know.

I've been wearing the white one coyote hunting this year. I also have a First Lite puffy. (and Sitka, and KUIU and ...you get the drift) I would say the First Lite is actually warmer, but it is a lot more jacket as well. I must have 12 puffy's and the Aquillo is one of my favorites. It may have more fill than the KUIU Superdown, but not much more. IMO it is very similar to the hooded KUIU Superdown but I like the fabric better on the Aquillo.

I've had mine since the early fall and used it on several trips. I can't compare it to the FL puffy but it is warmer than the Kratos by a fair margin in my opinion. The hood is top end and works well. Over all construction is good and the outer fabric is more durable than I thought it would be.

The temp range is wider than I thought it would be as well. I bought it thinking it would be sedentary only but was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I could wear it while still hunting and still be comfortable. Wore it during a couple light rains and some sleet and the shell certainly shed the water just fine.

I did overheat in it a couple times and the inner fabric got wet but the down was not clumping up. Hyperdry appears to have been doing what it was supposed to.

I've slept in it once and was quite comfortable. -10 in a 20* down bag with the Aquillo remained comfortable.

It's solid in my opinion.
