No idea I don’t like to overthink things like that, it’s a good stock better than the OEM one for sure. What’s the balance point of that rifle? Wasn’t sure if you placed it on a barricade and if it would nose dive.

I like mine a lot and would buy another.Ok so I’m considering a basic blued 6.5 PRC and dropping it in an Echo.
Is it me or has this release been kinda muted? Maybe it’s me but I’m not seeing folks holler from the mountain tops they need this chassis.

I’ve been shooting mine a good bit. Only changes I would like to see is no hook on butt and a little stiffer up front.
The lack of love is probably due to it being Tikka specific and not using AI pattern mags. Once you leave Rokslide, the Tikkas don’t get near as much love.
They are but still lag way behind the 700 and its clones for aftermarket support.I think Tikkas are pretty well known as a good value and accurate outside of this forum.

What can you buy for a rem700 that you can't buy for a tikka?
A Triggertech trigger?

Add one of these, the short one fits perfect and stiffened up the forend a good bit. Use code rokslide.Waiting on an ordered Echo right now. I very much like the Bravos, but not the biggest fan of AICS mags, even the 3 rounders, for hunting, so thankful that there's now an OEM mag option for the Tikkas.
One thing I wish they'd have done on the Echo is use the same metal piece as the Bravo; you'd think there'd be some economy of scale in parts commonality. Hopeful that the forend is GTG as far as adequate stiffness. If not I've be adding epoxy and a carbon arrow shaft like I've done on other plastic forends.
Looks like it might make shooting freehand and carrying the rifle in hand a bit cumbersome?Add one of these, the short one fits perfect and stiffened up the forend a good bit. Use code rokslide.

Nah, no problem at all.Looks like it might make shooting freehand and carrying the rifle in hand a bit cumbersome?

Looks sharp. Is there much flex in the forend, say compared to a Tikka OEM?i put the 6.5 PRC tikka and the echo together tonight. I opted to remove the barrel channel insert to mitigate the flex. UM leather cheek pad on the adjustable comb. I installed the KRG adjustable pad and all 3 spacers which ended up too much for me. I changed to 2 spacers and the recoil pad with 14.5” total LOP. I like it a lot for what it is. Scope will be installed over the weekend. A mini arca on here might be perfect for the frequent tripod shooters
