This one. What height adjust buttpad did you get? Thanks!
Polymer version for the Bravo, confirmed with KRG it would work before ordering. If you have a LOP spacer kit, you mount the height kit, then any spacers, then the buttpad.

yes you would just need the mag spring and tikka mags. the action is the sameHere's an interesting scenario. What if you wanted to run a CTR pattern barreled action but use the T3x 3-5 round magazines. Would the CTR fit in the Echo chassis and just need the magazine retention spring added to the trigger?
Just received this email.Mamba mags -for SA cartridges, 10 rounds $50 each

Is that tikka chambered in 6 arc on the lite contour? If so how do you like it in the echo? What did you do for the bolt? And which mags are you using? - thanks!I originally got the Echo specifically for a CTR bc I’ve had more than a few issues with the mags. Couldn’t wait to get a better stock & get factory mags. As mentioned you do need the mag retention spring.
Nothing wrong with a 10lb rifle in the mountains! I switched from Bravo to Echo and prefer it. The magazine system is way batter. Then I got a second one to try in the lighter contour. But the Rokstok is winning that comparison. After a few hundred rounds, Rokstok is better for Lite contour barrel but the Echo hangs in there right behind it. Echo is better for the CTR, way too nose heavy in the Rokstok. The Rokstok is off getting a 1” Decelerator currently or I’d have included comparison pics.
Do have to mention: haven’t had a single issue with factory mags in use but they don’t click into place easily with either one of my Echos. Hangs up on the front end. If you push up on the forward section of the bottom of the mag it doesn’t happen though. If for some reason you need fast mag changes that would be a consideration.
Here are some pics of a CTR next to a Lite contour, both in the Echo.

Ya.. the $50 price was their clearance price. Regular price I think was $100. I finally got my .223 mag after the Canada post snafu and am very happy with it.. much better built than the factory mags. If they sold them for $50 right off the bat and maybe had a 5 rd option I'm sure they would have been far more successful.Euro optic still has them, pricey though
Thanks for the heads up. Ordered one, but it hurt to pay that much.Euro optic still has them, pricey though
It is a 6ARC. That barrel got pulled, should have the Ace barrel from UM before end of January. Love the 6ARC, by far my favorite Tikka, but after a bunch of head-to-head field drills between the Echo & Rokstok, I now much prefer the latter. I did end up stippling my Echo, that helped a ton.Is that tikka chambered in 6 arc on the lite contour? If so how do you like it in the echo? What did you do for the bolt? The bolt just needs to be for a 223, then you just ship it off to Kinport Peak and they’ll ream it out slightly to accept the 6ARC case head.
Magazines have been the standard Tikka mags. Haven’t had any issues with M+, M or S mags. I had been using M the most though, as my bullets were seated longer than standard spec.
I emailed KRG to see if the CTR profile barrel would fit in the Echo barrel channel without contact.
Might be a way to convert a CTR to a 3 round flush mag system
@General RE LEE, post #175 of this thread has a pic of a carbon Sendero profile barrel in an Echo (albeit with the barrel channel spacers removed). If that profile fits, the 22mm profile on the CTR barrel will fit with the requite RokSlide "dead cat" room.
No worries.Just for clarification.
You sent only the bolt to be worked on? Not the complete barreled action?
And you’ve had success feeding the 6 ARC from standard M magazines? Thanks.

Mine sure seems too, I kept thinking the recoil lug was not nesting into the slot of the action. I used some machinist die to convince myself it was actually assembled.So... does the action sit higher in this stock than the factory?
That answers everything. Appreciate it.No worries.
I removed the bolt handle, firing pin assembly, plunger ejector, and extractor. I sent the bolt body only. Honesty just bc it was easier to package; he didn’t need it disassembled. I did the plunger & extractor bc I’m picky and didn’t want to find plier marks on them when it got back (not saying it would, I’ve only heard good things about Kinport Peak, but I’ve dealt with many gunsmiths and if I can do something myself I will).
As far as magazines, I specifically tested this a couple hundred times with each version using three different dummy rounds that had the bullet seated to various lengths. @Juan_ID had posted that they worked fine which was actually my tipping point for going ahead with the build. I was concerned that the extractor could bind up on the case rim, and if closing the bolt slowly it’s very slightly more perceptible than a standard 308 version, but otherwise it’s as though it was made by Tikka from the factory. Works flawlessly. The M magazine does feel like it feeds a touch smoother than the S magazines though. But again I didn’t have any hangups running the bolt slow to fast & in-between.
I imagine theoretically that the bolt face modification could cause headspace issues, but I have all three gauges and it was right where it needed to be for the one barrel I’ve tried thus far.
Hope that helps! I have zero regrets, Tikka should offer this as a factory option. I’d buy two or three immediately.
