A solid piece of pure fluorite crystal is crafted into a perfectly polished and multi-coated lens to deliver the true definition of what is crystal clear and the ultimate viewing experience. When you take your first look through a Kowa pure fluorite crystal scope you will instantly understand what it means to see crystal clear. Kowa is the only spotting scope brand to use pure fluorite crystal lenses. Not just glass or even ED / HD glass, experience the next level of performance. Fluorite Crystal is a natural mineral and it is extremely difficult to work with, creating lengthy manufacturing processes to handle this delicate material. Creating a pure fluorite crystal lens takes specialised knowledge, skill, and costly investment. For the first time in any of Kowa's spotting scopes, a Kowa XD lens with extremely low dispersion characteristics is used for the convex lens of the TSN-99 PROMINAR.
