Known shipper help

I just learned that Alaska air cargo won’t ship unless you are a known shipper? Got 3 racks and meat to ship and don’t really want to take them as luggage? Anyone help me out with known shipper number? Up in Deadhorse at the Aurora! 502-550-7769
