Yeah its listed on the Klymit site as an R value of 4.4 but you are correct on the ASTM listing. Not sure where they get their numbers but I hadn't noticed that before. I'll tell you that my son has used the other one we have with a 35 degree bag right around 30 degree nights and has been warm. FWIW
