My son and I both have the Flex, and it's warmth to weight is really fantastic. It's a little slimmer cut and the hood is a really nice depth and fit. I am ordering the other two. The arm length on the flex is longer than on the non-flex version of the Transition. Make sure you read their sizing charts a Large may vary form piece to piece. However, Kings lets you return sale items in contrast to KUIU.
