Kimber muzzle brake timing help?

you can have a machinist adjust the threads for a seamless brake to barrel transition
or just use peal washers

Is there any way to get a brake from him that will be closer to if not same size as barrel?
My ocd can’t hardly stand the look of that ballooned out look.

When you get too small in diameter you have to make the baffles smaller and smaller with the material size. As they get smaller the effectiveness goes down and then there is little to no advantage to using a baffled brake over a drilled hole brake like the factory offers. The only real advantage at that point is the lack of holes on the bottom that kick up dust.
