Don't. Just push it into position. Just put a thumb on it and push....should not take much at all. What is the easiest and safest way to bend it out?
I’ve pushed it back into the groove before tried to put a spent casing. It still gets stuck and I have to get cleaning rod just to open bolt again. After getting unstuck, extractor ends up in same position.Don't. Just push it into position. Just put a thumb on it and push....should not take much at all.
Don't bend or modify anything until you assemble it correctly and check function.
If you're able to get the extractor to jump the groove, either the bolt groove or the extractor has been changed from it's 90* interface.
Push the extractor into the correct position and slide a case into the extractor and shoot a pic.
I will take picture as soon as I get rifle back from Kimber. It also seems like extractor moves with just rotating bolt I feel like it shouldn’t rotate that easy.If you're able to get the extractor to jump the groove, either the bolt groove or the extractor has been changed from it's 90* interface.

The extractor is captured by the bolt lug raceway, just enough to maintain contact with the bolt is necessary.I will take picture as soon as I get rifle back from Kimber. It also seems like extractor moves with just rotating bolt I feel like it shouldn’t rotate that easy.
