Kimber 280 AI bolt jams?

I bought a kimber mountain ascent 280AI four years ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. After shooting I am able to lift the bolt up but not pull it back ? Seems like the casing is sticking in the chamber.
I sent it back to kimber and they replaced the extractor? I had the rifle for another six months before shooting it(winter). Took it to the range and first shot stuck bolt.
Back to kimber it went. They sent it back to me after two months and said nothing is wrong with the rifle. I think went out and bought three different boxes of ammo with differnet grains. Shot them each and had the bolt stick with each box within the first two shots. So I took a video of the bolt sticking and wrote an email to kimber and sent the video.
I got a response that I wasn’t lifting the bolt correctly! So back to the range and this time I tried to jerk the bolt up as hard as possible to dislodge the bullet while on video. Same result.
So my frustration was at an all time high. I gave the gun to my gunsmith and asked him to look it over. He said the head spacing was ok and he would polish the chamber a little but didn’t want to do to much or it would void the warranty at kimber.
I went to the range yesterday and very first shot bolt stuck?
My question is should I just keep sending this rifle back to kimber ? Pay the gunsmith to just fix it ? New barrel?
It’s not my rifle I use in the field and to be honest as soon as it’s fixed I will just get rid of it as it has been nothing but bad luck.
Any help would be nice.

I have a 6.5 creedmoor t3x I’m taking on my sheep hunt this year. Shoots great right out of the box.

What does your fired brass look like when it comes out of the chamber? One of my older Kimbers had a circular chatter mark from the reamer used to cut the chamber which would transfer to the brass after firing and was enough to make the brass sticky in the chamber. Polishing the chamber fixed that issue. Also, how does the bolt feel when feeding and closing the bolt on a live round? Any significant resistance? How about loading/unloading fired brass?

Loading and unloading fired brass is good. Also the bolt feels good. There are two slight rings around the casing near the rear.

That might be your issue causing the sticky brass in the chamber with just enough traction to keep the brass from sliding smoothly. I’m surprised Kimber didn’t polish it for you. If you could eliminate other sources of the issue, and your gunsmith thinks he could polish them out, that might be a solution. You could also give Kimber a call and tell them that the issue comtinues and your brass is coming out ringed, which may be the issue. Unfortunately Kimber has not always had the best reputation for their customer service.
