It’s not much different than, he’s a bad guy because the mainstream media tells me his. I trust the feeling I get about a podcast with fellow hunters than I do what the New York Times et al tell me about someone. As an Alaskan from a commercial fishing family, I don’t really hear many of the Bristol Bag guys in the left giving Jr any credit for essentially shutting down Pebble, which he did through his Dad’s administration.
Thats a great point. Reference Pebble.

I don’t like this argument: he’s a hunter so he’s a good person. It’s like saying: I go to church with him so I trust him….both flawed logically.
Of course you don’t, you just proved my point. You aren’t interested in facts, just last name. You listed zero supporting facts, to show how he was such a bad guy.

From access stand point between historic Farm Bill funding increase for walk-in access, GAOA, and increased opening of NWR/ Fishies for access is pretty significant. You don’t think Jr was in the ear on those? President Trump never hunted a day in his life and Jr was a very trusted confidant.

Sure funny how Jr visited Pebble, publicly voiced his opinion and then a conservation victory proclaimed.

Last hunting President we had was Bush Jr. He was strictly an upland guy at best. Carter was more bird but claimed all(He has hunted my farm). The last True Die Hard Big Game President was LBJ.

Put your faith in Hunter Biden to advise current President in 2nd amendment and hunting....

We (People that realize we need firearm rights to hunt) have ZERO representation in the whitehouse. I can’t wait to see how current Administration supports 2nd Amendment and Hunting...

Do you think Hunter Biden will be influential in a positive way for hunting and 2nd

One simply can’t deny the influence Jr had (in a positive way) for those that embrace hunting and 2nd. Thank you Jr.

Just the opposite for me. If I have hunted with someone and went to church with them, I think I would have a pretty good idea who they were as a person. Both those activities can bring out a lot of character in someone.

As far as Jr. goes, I've heard it said by a few people I know that have met him and had some conversations with him, left with an overall impressed perspective as to what kind of person he is. I dont know him, probably never will.

I've met and dealt with several very high profile politicians over the last 20 years. Just like anyone else, you walk away with an impression of what kind of person they are.

I've met Don Jr and will say without a doubt that he is as real and down to earth as he sounds on this podcast. Like him or not, he is the real deal and not just a mouthpiece like so many others. He says what he believes and is a great advocate for hunting, public lands, and the 2nd Amendment.
He's nothing like us and never was. He's never known life as a worker bee and never will. He's pandering to his base and you guys are dumb enough to buy it. No different than Nancy Pelosi trying to act like she represents the common man.

If you truly believe that at least give credit where it’s due.

Eating ice cream out of a stocked fridge while you’re worth 500 million being a lifelong politician on a 250k a year salary and trying to relate to the common person is a lot easier than say.

Packing in on a Sheep hunt. At least Don put some miles in to “pretend” to be like us.

Oh cool. Another investigation that will yield nothing. From the details of this investigation it centers around improperly accounting for the use of company cars and a rental home. Sooooooo worth the money and years spent on using the justice system to attack anyone you disagree with.

Nice deflection though. Don’t work too hard though, wouldn’t want you to end up with privileged kids one day.

Well I don’t personally like a lot of people that support the things I like.

There are lots of cocky snobs in all of the conservation clubs/associations. I still support the platform despite my nose turn at some of their members/leaders. I mean go to any wild game fund raiser/show, there are guys there that strut around like they took out Bin Laden with a corn dog stick. But they keep the conservation alive with large donations/purchases so I’ll bite my lip if I like them or not.

I’ve watched a few hunts with Jr in them, he’s the real deal whether you like him or not, and I hope he can rally people to support 2A, hunting access, trapping rights because we are def on the losing end of some of those at this point in time.

I want my kids to be modern day royalty with no idea of morality, work ethic, or compassion for my fellow man? Negative ghost rider.
Modern-day royalty? Biden has been in office for half a century.

Morality? Hunter cheated on his dead brothers wife while impregnating a stripper from Arkansas and fought in courts to not pay child support, and Biden has never acknowledged the fact that he has a new grandbaby.

Work ethic? Hunter said on national TV that if his last name weren't Biden he would have never been put on the board of the Ukranian gas company.

So let's take a step back if we are comparing royalty, morality, and work ethic.

I stopped reading after your first sentence. I never once said he was a bad guy, I just don’t want to listen to politics on a hunting podcast.

That’s a good thing about podcasts most often they have a description of what they’re going to talk about.

I listened to it and I thought it was pretty good. He says what he believes and is a great advocate for hunting, public lands, and the 2nd Amendment. And he's blunt, I enjoyed it.
