Kifaru wind river vs ?

Have any of you tried treating this Kifaru wind river jacket with something to improve its ability to repel water?

I think they have stated that nonstop water. If a wind shirt is what you’re after also look at the ones Patagonia makes.

Yeah I had read people were thinking about attempting to treat it to repel water better. Figured I’d post and ask if anyone had success in doing such a thing
