Found a good deal on some used gear and what looks to be the older tactical frame.

Will the duplex lite belt work with the tactical frame?

The frame I found has a large belt but I’m a size 34 so I believe I would need a small.

Also is it worth getting that old of a frame or should I just keep looking for a duplex lite or buy the new Ark?

I believe the belts are interchangeable. My wife has the tactical frame and I have a duplex lite and I don’t see a difference in the belt or how it attaches to the frame.

I’m a 32 and use XS because im usually a 30 by the end of season.
