Everything Kifaru makes is high quality. I would expect the same with there supplement line. I'm not a supplement guy until hunting season. I have had muscles lock up, dehydration and all kind of ailments. I always dial my diet and salt, supps in when I push hard on hunts. I don't do MTN OPS to many stickers and youtube personalities pushing that stuff for me.

I’m sure they’ll be great for those that use them. Personally, I wish they would have saved the R and D money used on the supplements and kept the Kryptek and wolf grey color options for their packs and accessories.

I didn't even know Kifaru existed until I heard a gritty bowman podcast. they have never done much advertising and are not in your face or over the top. There is a huge upswing in their popularity lately but after loading up an entire cow in my Kifaru pack this fall and taking it down the mountain pushing 160 lbs load I'll keep using there stuff might just be a reason people are so loyal...

So instead of actually developing new and better products to grow the business they jumped on the snake oil train?

I’m sure they are “specially formulated” and “proprietary” and all that right? Cause I’m sure a backpack company has the $$$ to do scientific studies and develop supplements. Not a chance they bought generic supplements and put their label on them right?
Why would you assume that they spent all of their time and resources on just this venture and abandoned the idea of developing new and better products? I’m sure Kifaru is still developing new and better packs, clothing, sleep systems, etc. just don’t buy the supps if you don't want them.

So are the supplements a shitty product or are they bad because they came from Kifaru?
I’m looking into taking some of the same things in their packets, seems like an easy way to get it all at one place.

Kifaru Cast is great. As for the supplements Id guess they are as good as they can be. Their packs are 2nd to no one and I cant wait to get one made in Wyoming.

Supplements in general are a scam (not just referring to Kifaru here). Check out the documentary "Bigger, Stronger, Faster." It's been a long time since I've taken/looked into supplements so the documentary may be a little dated (and it's more focused on steroid use) but it's still informative. Supplements in general are one of the biggest rip off/money grabs that I'm aware of.

To each his own but I would not buy supplements from a backpack company but I am sure there are plenty of people that will.

Did I? Nice, I guess my opinion hasn’t changed then. I general have a fairly dim view on workout supplements.
As you should. Outside of protein powder (aka food), caffeine and creatine monohydrate it's all hocus pocus.

I never understand why people spend hundreds of $$$ on supps, actual steroids are cheaper.

Protein, water and caffeine is all I ever use.
