Kifaru Newplex Shoulder Strap Length - Short vs Long Measurement

Hoping someone can help with this, I traded into a 24" duplex lite frame and forgot to get the shoulder strap length when we exchanged particulars on the packs. I need a small, it could very well be that the shoulder straps currently on there are small but they seem pretty long to me. I am guessing the padded portion is lengthened as well as the webbing. Does anyone know or can measure the overall padded part length of a short shoulder strap?

I'm yet to do this (see link below) but I have the same issue, after watching this below it will explain how your issue can be fixed.

I need to shorten by an 1" perhaps. Kifaru sent me this after letting them know I had the same issue as yourself. They are great. I measured out for long straps in my instance, and by the time I have a winter gear on etc. my straps would be very close to being ok....just that quite often you might not have heavy jackets etc. on.

Short padded section is ~26/26.5. Long Padded section is ~30/30.5.
