I have scoured through all the ild threads and really can not find a direct definitive answer to a question about them. So I’ve been using the alpine ops down from under armour. It’s really warm and packs down well. The only problem I have is the wind in temps down in the teens seems to suck the warmth right out of it. We have allot of humidity and like today it was wind, snowing and 19 degrees. I have looked at the different fabrics on allot of down jackets. I have always tried to keep the outer layer as quiet as possible for bowhunting because up til this year it was bow season only this time of year. They just recently changed it to rifle til January 1. So here is my question. How wind resistant is the LPP set. I’m stull
Looking for a Sitka down WS but striking out so far. I like the tougher fabric and reinforced parts of the LPP. My big concern is I need it stop the wind or majority of it. Will the LPP do that. I know it won’t pack down as small but I’m willing to give that up to sit better through the day

It’s ok at blocking the wind but it’s not a down WS.
