kifaru LPP questions

i'm looking into the LPP and have a few questions for those of you with one.

1- with the half zip parka, when you run a pack belt through the front pouch is there still enough room on the belt for belt pouches? i run a belt pouch on each side of my kifaru pack and just want to be sure that the width of the parka pouch ensures that the belt pouches are still outside the parka pouch. one of the belt pouches is a large so it won't ride inside the parka pouch.

2- sizing. i'm 5'10" 165lbs. i want to be able to run a base layer and soft shell vest under the parka and have an athletic fit.
i'm guessing medium?

I am 5-10 170, medium was to tight in the shoulders for me large was better. Keep in mind the material is tough but not "quiet"

Are you wanting to have the LPP on and hike with a pack? I can not even imagine that. It would have to be pretty cold.

^^Exactly what I thought. Pretty much limited to glassing or hanging around camp. I guess if only wearing a T-shirt underneath you might be able to wear while hiking. Hiking very slowly..
