For people that have used the Kifaru pants belt does it stay tight I have a Kuiu Belt that I have used for the last 2 years and looking for something else. How comfortable are they do they dig in my kuiu belt would dig in sometimes when kneeling down for periods of time.

Yes it stays tight but the webbing is not very wide. I would also check out the 5.11 TDU belt.

What's your waist size? I got one I can send ya if you pay shipping. It's to thin for me.

Interesting, when I run pants that need a belt the KUIU belt is my preferred choice. Never had it dig in, but good to know it does on some guys. Hate to steer someone wrong. Never had an issue with the 5.11 I have. Its just a tad thicker and I prefer the thinner KUIU belt under a pack.

Yeah I think it'll just stick with the k belt, it isn't the best but I never know it is there either. I wear my Kuiu belt daily, it never has worked well for me when I have a pack on.

I have the Bison designs belt and it can definitely dig if it gets pushed down by my pack belt. I wear it for every day use but not with my pack. It's also not very easy to get tight nor does it stay tight for me.

I have a Kifaru belt and love it for hiking. I took some rough sand paper and scuffed up the plastic belt loops, that seemed to fix the slipping issue for me anyway.

+1, but I also like this belt: http://bisondesigns.com/products/danger-belt-38mm
Its very similar to a certain belt by a certain famous vendor... ;)

hahahha..super funny^^

i have this belt. i wear it everyday. backpacking, under a moderate load in my dragonslayer. no problems. i worry about a heavier load. i have scooted the belt buckle over one direction or the other to make sure it doesnt match up with my pack buckle. it works..i think.

i big load will tell the tale. the belt doesnt slip on me at all. almost too secure. one too many beers, and the urge to pee strikes..look out!

A chunk of 1" webbing and a std male/female buckle works pretty darn good for me. I'm stepping up the fashion look and going with a Highlander one this week. You could also use a single ladder lock to make it slimmer than the buckles. Either should stay tight.

Take a look at Spec Ops Brand "Better BDU Belt" I have two of these belts. One of each size, of the two I use the 1.5 inch belt more. I like these belts better than the 5.11 or Proper belts.
