Kifaru Duplex vs Ultralight Duplex

The tactical duplex has a 1/8" thick HDPE plastic sheet frame and the hunter/lightweight frame has 1/16" (the original duplex/G2 had 1/8 for both). The hunter/lightweight frame is missing a few tabs on the back. Other then that they are the same frame but with different stays (aluminum, composite, and the Ultralight arrows). The hunter and ultralight are the same frame, but the ultralight comes with the arrow stays.

I have no experience with the newest frame, but have not heard anything bad.

Also, the ultralight arrow stays are straight or flat back, but they are supposed to be flexible and curve to your back. I plan on putting some arrows in my G2 duplex and see how it works.

The UL does flex some and I feel is more comfortable as an all around pack. If I was strictly looking for just a HAULER I would buy the tactical duplex. As an every day pack and hauler I love the new UL. I am though only comparing my new UL to my original duplex. With the new upgrades the newer tactical is probably a nicer carry as well.
