Kifaru Customer service WOW!

I just received my BT-1 today from Kifaru. When I was ordering the pack Angie was kind enough to let me make a sizeable deposit and pay the remainder before my pack shipped. That alone was very generous and Angie was wonderful to work with. I lost my brother 2 weeks ago and I am usually very private but was comfortable enough talking to Angie to tell her I was going to my brothers funeral that day when we were discussing the shipping of my pack. Anyway when my pack showed up today there was a handmade card expressing sympathy for my loss. What really got to me was that every person at Kifaru including Patrick took the time to sign this for me. They also threw in 2 shirts which was nice but the handwritten card was something I would never have expected and brought tears to my eyes. Kifaru has gained a life long customer. Even if I decide that the pack is not for me which I highly doubt I will continue to support them with other purchases. Thank you Kifaru. I don't like to drag my personal stuff into public forums but what the people at Kifaru took the time to do deserved to be recognized.

That's awsome! You won't find a better or more family oriented pack company out there. And the products are top of the food chain!
 
Thanks guys I appreciate the condolences. My brother was 4 years older and the one that took me out hunting and got me started in archery and elk hunting. He instilled within me the things I love most. It really was something special for the people at Kifaru to take the time to make that small difference. I am going to laminate that handwritten card and keep it forever in my hunting packs as a reminder of my brother who took the time to share and teach me AND that a small gesture can mean the world to someone. Thanks again for the kind posts.

I am sorry for your loss. I hope your family has a warm, happy Christmas, remembering the good times with your brother, and enjoying each other.

Yea doesn't surprise me. Kifaru customer service is as good as it gets. One of the reasons I have been a fan for years. Great company with a great leader and staff.

Like Justin, that doesn't entirely surprise me. Your experience is just another validation of the sort of company Kifaru is.
