Kifaru belt on Exo Frame???

You guys need to try a new frame/setup. Take a look at the 26” Kifaru Lite frame. I think you can attach your current bag too. If my belt slipped I would go nuts.

That is exactly what I have done!! Except I went 24", which is funny because it is a smidge taller than the EXO (advertised at 25")

I’m 6’ 3” so I like the 26”, but it’s all about torso length and just making sure you get the right load lifter angle/lift.

Was swapping bags today, so here are some pictures. The other nice thing about this setup is that the shoulder straps attach to the Kifaru belt instead of the frame. So you gain an extra set of compression straps attached to the frame to use for bulky/heavy loads.

I'm wanting to do essentially the same thing but wanting to try the kifaru lumbar pad as well. The exo one has not been great for me. Does anyone know if this is possible? I've never owned a kifaru so I don't know how their lumbar pad would or would not work in conjunction with the exo frame. Thanks for you input.

Got my belt in and the patch of Velcro sewn on it, works great. I even sewed on a piece of 1/4" foam on first to give that portion of the belt some more rigidity. Slid the foam in the "pocket" on the kifaru belt.
I'm getting ready to do this exact same modification. I'm curious to know how this has worked for you since you did it. Still running this setup? and better than before?

I abandoned it after a bit. Worked better but the solution for ME was the Kifaru Lite frame all together.
